These voyages are for organised groups of young people from the age of 10 -18, with an adult leader. The voyages start and finish at our Suffolk base in Ipswich Haven Marina.
During the school summer holidays, we run a series of longer voyages for individuals or groups of young people aged 14 -24. These voyages vary in length from 3 - 7 days and, depending on the arranged program, may include crossing the North Sea or the English Channel to ports in Belgium, Holland, France and the Channel Islands. Start and finish ports will vary according to the program.
Are you looking for an alternative to the hiking expedition, then join one of our expedition voyages. Our voyage includes the training element and the expedition element in one package. We will have an approved assessor on board who will, upon successful completion of your Expedition or Residential, submit your report to your DofE leader by email. This will usually happen within two weeks of your last day on board. The candidate will need to enter the training, practice and assessed expedition details into their eDofE account. The candidate will need to deliver their presentation to their DofE leader. As an AAP we do not have the ability to do this for you. Adventures Offshore is a DofE Approved Activities Provider(AAP).
